Step 2: Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, our team will review the details and reach out to confirm your order has been received. You’ll receive a confirmation email outlining what to expect next.

Step 3: Site Visit

Our bookings department will contact you to arrange a site visit. During this visit, our team will:
– Accurately measure your space
– Confirm readiness for installation (note: all tiling must be complete)
– Identify any discrepancies in sizing and discuss potential price adjustments if required

We will only conduct a site visit once the area is tiled and ready for measurement.

Step 4: Fabrication

After the site visit and final measurements, your shower screen (or robe/mirror) will be custom fabricated to suit your space and specifications.

Step 5: Installation

Once fabrication is complete, our team will be in touch to schedule your installation. We aim to coordinate this at a time that suits you.
